- We provide a private courier service to you
- Delivery to any OFFICE BUILDING/MALL/GOVERNMENT INSTITUTION.
- We can determine the right to cancel or postpone a delivery
- All orders collecting must be accompanied by some form of National ID, such as a government-issued ID card, a driver’s licence and / or a passport
- Signature is required upon delivery for all items
- Same Day delivery must be placed before 1 pm GMT in order to receive SAME DAY
-Orders after 1 pm are processed for next day delivery or optional customer chooses.
- Third-Party PICK-UP must present written authorization from order billed to. Must present government-issued ID card, a driver’s licence and / or a passport is required
- Gift Cards and Items on sale are non-refundable/non-returnable
- For a full refund return your item within seven days from received date.
Items must be in sealed in the original packaging, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer, accompanied by all accessories
-Please note we DO NOT exchange devices that are on sale or promotion
-We only replace items if they are defective or damaged by manufacturer determination
- We have a delivery charge of $100.00TT and can be adjusted any time at the discretion of Cell World LTD. This fee will be applied automatically to items in the cart
